I had a recruiter screening call for <30 minutes to describe who I was and my past and current experiences. The recruiter then got back to me in the next 3-5 days to schedule the next portion of the interview. For the actual interview, it was a behavioral interview that was scheduled for two back-to-back 30 minute interviews on the same day. The first was with the hiring manager on the team I would work with, who asked me STAR-based questions. In the second interview, I got asked more technical questions by two senior consumer insights managers. I got asked about my experience with mobile phone games, (what I played and what insights I gathered from them), projects that I worked on and my research abilities, and what experience I hope to get out of the role. Everyone I talked to was really nice and cared about me as a person, too. They asked questions about how I work with a team and what I do to decompress for mental health. It was a smooth process and there were no surprises or trick questions.
