Interview
I was very impressed with the interview process at Jama. It was clear to me that they value their employees and truly see them as more than a cog placed to keep the wheels turning. The interview process demonstrated that they view their employees as an investment/ someone they would consider inviting into their family and vet them accordingly.
I had 4 - 45min phone interviews over the course of a week and a half with HR, the Hiring Manager and 2 senior team members before graduating to an onsite meeting. I applied for a customer facing position, so the final interview included an exercise to demonstrate my consulting skill set/style, meeting with the VP of Customer Success and a final sit down with the Hiring Manager.

I did not consider any of the interview questions to be unexpected, difficult or out of scope for the position I had applied to. Jama did a great job of verifying that I indeed possessed the skills/qualifications claimed on my resume.
