Interview
The interview process consisted of four phone screening interviews with various people in different parts of the business and one on site, panel interview/presentation. The presentation was scenario based in which the Solutions Architect would present a solutions overview (PowerPoint) and then a demo of the software to a panel a Jama employees acting as the "customer" you are trying to sell to. The panel were free to ask questions and interaction was encouraged.

Interview
Initial phone screens with hiring manager and multiple phone screens with team lead. Multiple phone calls with the recruiter who was very helpful in explaining process and expectations. Final interview entails a formal presentation to multi disciplined stakeholders. Assessment based on presentation skills, communication style, creativity. This was done remotely via Zoom. A final follow up post-interview to re-visit job responsibilities and to answer any additional questions. The whole process was well coordinated, collaborative, and provided good insight in to the culture of the company.
