I applied in-person. I interviewed at James Avery (Rockwall, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
Several days after applying I was sent an email prompting me to select from a list of days & call a number on one of them. Upon calling I was given an interview day/time & given a brief run down of the job. The interview was a group one, originally involving 4 girls (with myself) but two did not show up. It was very relaxed & we were both asked a set of the same questions. We were given a run down of the job & was told we would know about our employment status by the end of the week. The next day I was called & offered the job.
I received a phone call and request for in person interview. Applied on a Friday and two days later was sent an email about the call, took the call, and then was emailed about the in person interview which would be in a group.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at James Avery (New Caney, TX) in Oct 2023

Typically the interviews will first be over the phone, if you do well you will have a in person interview. Keep in mind the second interview may be a group interview between two to four applicants at a time. They want someone who is willing to learn, has patience, & will be engaged with the guests that come into the store.

The interview was very easy just like any other interview process at another Job. This location did do group interviews which is not too bad. After the interview I received a call saying I got the job.
