I applied online and got a call pretty quickly to set up an interview. Both manager and assistant manager were a part of the interview process. They don't seem too picky.
The interview process is in a group when you start of seasonally. They ask everyone the same questions pretty much. It’s only a few questions. And you go around the room and answer the questions.
