The interview was quick. Because I don't have a degree the interview was stopped. I have over 20 years in the building material industry and I was turned away. I have forgotten more than anyone who has their degree. Instead of concentrating on the degree talk to the person and find out why they don't have one. Your company missed out of the best representative your company could ever have!
