I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at James Hardie Building Products (Cleburne, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process involved several interviews, plant tour, and lunch with current members of the development program. The interviews started about 45 minutes late as I was instructed to arrive early, and the interviews felt like inconveniences to every team member I spoke with (engineers and HR). There was even repeated questions as I don't believe the engineering/maintenance leadership was even paying attention. The only part that I enjoyed was lunch with current members of the development program.
