I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a week. After the initial phone screen there was various online testing (personality, IQ) and then I was invited to an onsite panel interview with department managers and the hiring manager.
They asked me to come back for a plant tour and interviews with plant employees about a week later before being given an offer.
The total compensation offer, including bonus, was about 20% above my previous salary so the negotiation was quick and straightforward. The interview process was too long and drawn out, but the recruiter did a good job keeping me up to date on next steps.
The interviewers were all very open and willing to answer questions, even tough questions about some of the negative online feedback, which made my decision much easier.
