Question 1
Name a time where you had to handle an upset customer and what did you do to resolve it?
Scheduled a phone screen. Literally was only about 12 minutes. Recruiter asked a few questions about my customer service background and left it to me to ask questions. Barely gave me any info about the company, the position or anything. Felt I was way over qualified for this role anyways

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at James Hardie Building Products (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First was the phone qualification. Then, you come in and take an aptitude test (Wonderlic). 3 part interview, all in one day, in 3 different rooms and with different groups of people. They brought in management level people as well as some CARs on your level. Once employed, you sometimes get the chance to sit in on interviews as well. One of the rooms was much more casual than the other two but that may have just been for me. They also like to talk the company up significantly.

Typical customer service interview; what was a time you had a tough customer and how did you resolve their issue and turn them into a happy customer? That line of questioning. Basically google "customer service interview questions". One gentleman who ended up being not part of customer operations asked what SCUBA stands for. They laughed it off.
