They use video formatting interview where your answers are recorded and sent to the hiring manager. I was then invited for an in-person round of interviews with key leaders. The last step was a phone interview with a member of the executive team in Chicago.

If you are going to have that many people interview a candidate just to advance to the hiring manager, at least have the interview team ask different questions. Having too many people involved in the interview process is not productive. Should use behavioral based interviewing to improve the confidence and accuracy in the assessment and selection of people. Great company and people, but the interview process needs improvement.
