James Hardie Building Products MBA Leadership Development Program interview questions

I applied through campus OCR. First interview was a phone/video interview. Second onsite interview was a case presentation to management and HR folks. Case was provided 5 days before the interview and had to make a presentation. Criteria for selection was not very clear, seemed like some interviewers knew the people who work there and may have been given some preference. I would suggest network before interview. Case presentation was simple and straight forward so I guess they looked at relations with the recruiters before interviews.
