It was very hard and I am still going through it. First I applied on LinkedIn and submitted my resume along with why I wanted to work for Jane Street. They had me fill out a candidate survey as well.
lots of questions, lots of people involved, too many rounds, made it to the last round and then got ghosted by the recruiter which felt unfair because i had done a superday
