Interview
I applied online through the website. 3 days later I was contacted for a phone interview, which was scheduled a week later. The trader that interviewed me seemed nice although a bit rushed. The interview itself was not too difficult, only consisted of mental math questions that I answered correctly, but not quickly enough to reach the next round.
The process started with an initial virtual round, followed by an onsite interview. It included a mix of system design and coding problems focused on real-world system applications. Unfortunately, I didn’t perform well in the onsite, which was the most critical stage.
It was a very quick and painless process. Recruiter very responsive, kind interviewers. High implementation and difficult problems, so failed onsite after 3 interviews and a Question and Answer Session.
Did not pass the initial coding round. I tried to explain my thought in details to the interviewer but failed to translate my thought into code. So far interviewer is very nice.
