Hiring process was slightly disorganized. I initially applied to their software engineering internship along with several peers. We were all told software engineering wouldn't be appropriate (all CS majors from Columbia University???) and "Would we consider business development instead?" Initial spreadsheet project (which they didn't have a proper portal to submit to) followed by phone interview involving some math q's and logic q's for business development role.
