I was asked very specific questions about my previous employers recruiting strategy which made me extremely uncomfortable because they are in the same category of company. Once I expressed my discomfort, I was asked to write out a strategy for an on campus event. I spent a few hours on the assignment, sent it in and never heard back until I reached out a couple of times for an update.
