I had interview at Jane street through the phone. It's pleasant experience. Interviewer is very nice and friendly and intelligent and smart. It's a difficult processes. Be sure to prepare.

After applying next year got immediately rejected on CV screening, so I think that the cooldown period is real
Only made 2 rounds, pure problem-solving/ brainteaser interview. Very little / no behaviourals. Interviewer was friendly, but got straight into the brainteaser questions. Very quick to respond when passing to next round, slow response for rejection.
