Interview
The interview was challenging but overall a good learning experience. Be prepared on probability theory and basic statistics, telephone interview questions are quant trader style. Having quick mental math helps because you aren't allowed to write anything down. Practice as many quant interview questions as you can.

First round was a logic test. Second round was a case. Final round was more involved and tested skills to be used on the job. Nothing too technical but very heavy on sound logic.

Firstly a written task to analyse excel. Then a few rounds of interview with fairly tough logic/ iq puzzle questions. You are encourage to share your thought process and think out loud together with the interviewers. You will be expected to do some live analysis of data as well as how market making can be conducted.
