Group interview with 3 staff asking question and showed lots of interest in what i'd previously done. Doing scenarios and resolving them. 2 days later a phone conversation. Back to the office for another interview and telephone calls with senior management

What did you enjoy and disliked about previous job. What are you looking for now
It asked more on educational background and experience. Less of the relationship of the work with the position you ate applying for. But still you need to read about the company, their vision and mission and don’t forget the duties and responsibilities of the position or the role you are eyeing.
it was very short but good. asked many questions. I answered them all. overall a good interview. But wasn’t too fond of the place after the facts. Not too sad about not getting an offer.
