I started with an telephone interview and then moved on to a video call. Both had technical questions and the later also had tests for softer skills. Jane Street kept in contact with me though out the process and were extremely understanding of personal issues when some came up. Everyone I interviewed with was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Make sure you brush up on you hardware knowledge!
