I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Jane Street (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview process was a little lengthy with a final interview paired with a skills test at the very end to determine your aptitude for the job role. Overall interviewers were very lovely and keen to get to know you. Questions weren't anything out of the ordinary for interview questions, generally I think the tests have more weighting.

I applied online. I interviewed at Jane Street (New York, NY)
Interview
Had an initial phone interview with one of the recruitment coordinators. It was very quick, and it seemed like they were checking off boxes every time they asked me questions rather than listening and processing my responses.

Interview
I went through a recruiter for a screening interview then had the first virtual interview with Jane Street. It had standard interview questions and the interviewer was pleasant to talk to. The interview was around 30 minutes long.
2 interviews
1st with a recruiter - 30 minute phone call going over my background, interest in role, etc.
2nd with a team member. This was a case study followed by a few behavioral questions.
