Straightforward application process which was similar to other trading firms. Expect multiple rounds of technical phone interviews that focus on your train of thought and how you got to the answer as opposed to just the answer itself.

Question 1
Your typical expected value type questions. Confidence in your answer and explanation were key aspects.
Mental Maths and basic maths and algebra questions, market making questions followed by trivia on financial markets. They then asked if I had any questions for the company or people who worked there.
3 Rounds of telephone interviews focussed on probability and games. In particular, games involving coin flips were popular and having to come up with the optimal strategy for the game. They became progressively harder. I did not progress further than this.
