Interview
The first HR person was extremely responsive and nice. First round was an Excel assignment, then a 30min phone call. After that I was told abruptly by another HR person that I was no longer considered. No reasonings, just a generic email. Felt like I wasted my time and the hiring manager simply said no based on resume and nothing else.

Take home excel test regarding trade settlement and other how to prevent potential issues regarding the post trade lifecycle process then a 30 minutes interview with HR where they ask pretty basic questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jane Street (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview

The format was a little awkward, because the test required exiting the test window (to use Excel) but the website hosting the exam would get upset each time. It was a fun exercise, regardless.

Started with a Phone interview with and Hr rep, then a Take home test that you do on excel, followed by a technical interview with two employees that is timed, and an in person interview at their headquarters.
