applied through their webpage, got phone interview with software engineer, and they asked to log in to webpage designed to share codes. The interviewer was very nice, question was easy, but I was not well prepared.

Asked about my resume for a few minutes then straight in for the technical questions. Made it through the first one easy, struggled hard with the next one and they never phoned back. I feel unhappy as I don't feel this was a good assessment of my technical abilities.
