Janicki Industries Electronics Tech interview questions

After accepting a position at this company and before beginning work, I was told of another position for which I was potentially a good fit. I was interviewed first by the person I would be training with, and then by the person who would be my boss (should I get an offer). I was given the latter's business card, told they would let me know either way, and to email or call with any questions. I began my orientation for the initial job I was hired for, and in spite of several emails and calls over the next several weeks I heard nothing about this job. It wasn't until after 2 months of inquiring I was told that it was no longer available.
