I applied online, the process took 3 months. I received a call from HR the week I applied and met with the hiring manager the same week. Based on the conversation with the hiring manager, it was expected I would be in the next round of the process.
Nearly 3 months later I was informed the company was going with an internal candidate and was offered exactly zero feedback from the hiring manager or HR.
Overall this was a poor candidate experience that was not timely or considerate to the applicant.
