Applied and interviewed during global pandemic of 2020 - CV and cover letter submission, and a total of four 1-2-1 interviews held. Overall fine, but I don't recommend applying to Janus Henderson, it's a waste of time. One of the interviewers didn't bother to prepare for the interview and openly acknowledged it when the interview started, they had no questions ready and I doubt had looked at my CV prior to the interview, so improvised. They were then very aggressive in nature and approach to questioning and then had the cheek to be dismissive and take no interest in responses given to questions asked. Interviews are already unnerving and this does not help the situation in any way. After that interview I received no communication from Janus Henderson to let me know the outcome of my application (hence the no to getting to an offer). When will organisations finally understand that it's common decency to let candidates know the outcome of their interviews!? This behaviour is disrespectful.
