I applied online on their website and heard back from a recruiter a few days later. The interview went well until and they sent me their benefits then literally ghosted me for weeks. I tried asking for feedback/any update multiple times, and for some reason they couldn't provide that. Just send a rejection letter if it's not a fit. I finally heard back nearly a month later only to be ghosted again! The whole experience was very disappointing, disorganized, and felt unprofessional. I had a positive perception of JHI leading into the interview, but this makes me feel it was a blessing in disguise based on how they treat candidates.
