Online aptitude tests, followed by online assessments mix of presentations, calculations, questions, answering how you would act in a scenario etc. Ask about a report from the first aptitude test, know this well and prepare how you will work on your weaknesses

How would you word a voice message (video recording) to someone who has made multiple mistakes in the past that have to you to wrongly receiving negative feedback
After submitting the application online, they ask you to complete an online assessment. After the online assessment is the job simulation assessment.
Job simulation assessment is not timed and tests both quant and qualitative skills.
