2. Numerical and reasoning test& video submission to introduce yourself/ why applying in 2 mins
3. Initial phone interview
4. Assessment day:
Morning session:
- Numerical test on site
- Leadership senario test (multiple choice question)
- debate (split into Student Union and Governance Council on whether to increase tuition fee)
Then we were given a light lunch and interviews to consolidate the results. They came back to us and announce that 6 out of 11 stayed for afternoon session, others were given feedbacks.
Afternoon session:
- Do a mock proposal to potential partner, asked few questions on bribing/ what traits will CEO need/ want 60:40 instead of 50:50 JV
- Business acumen: if Jardine is to divest/invest in a business what would that be and why. Name one company that is doing good or bad and why. etc.
- Behaviour interview: stander interview questions.
