I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Jardine Matheson in Jan 2020
Interview
There were four rounds to the JETS recruitment process.
1) Aptitude test and Pymetrics test
2) Video Interview
3) HR Interview
4) Assessment Centre
The Video Interview asked basic behavioural questions, and the HR interview lasted for around 30 minutes. The HR interview asked more specific behavioural questions, as well as questions about the specific divisions of the conglomerate, such as Which Division do you feel is the most interesting and why.
The assessment centre was a full-day process that involved a diverse range activities, such as role-playing exercises, business presentations, group discussions and interviews with the senior management. Make sure you go into the AC with the thinking cap and the mentality of a general manager, as the JETS programme is about grooming you to be the future GMs and leaders of the company.
