Apt test (Talent Q): difficult as usual, advised to do this test together with another friend, you must also involve to ensure you are familiar with the questions as you will be tested again in the Challenge Day Video Assessment: they are testing your ability to think and work in a short time as well as your english proficiency. You will be asked a series of questions and are allowed to prepared for a minute or more, then record your answer Challenge Day: Case interview in the morning, only 50 or so people could advance to this round of interview, while they are divided into 2 groups to go through the assessments on separate days. As such, you would expect candidates are very proficient in English and very competitive. Try not to be too aggressive and really show your leadership abilities during the case interview, be yourself and track time well. After that would be a lunch session and it followed by reassessment of aptitude test which you had to complete the whole test again.
