First, there is an online immersive assessment and then followed by a job simulation. The online immersive assessment includes some situational questions which you need to rank the options provided and the last part is the logical questions. The assessments are non-timed.

Interview
First, you'll go through an online application, followed by a series of screening assessments including language and numerical tests, online video interview. If you make it to the final round, the company will invite you to their office for an on-site interview in a 3-hours high-fidelity business case challenge. There would be hiring managers observing everyone's performance through the process. Finally, each team delivers a pitch to the hiring managers.
