I applied online and made my way to the online numerical and reasoning tests. The tests had time limit of 1:20 for each questions systematically. I felt that it was unreasonable because the candidates couldn't manage their time doing the test: easy ones needed less than 1' wasting the rest amount of time, while difficult ones needed more than 1:20 to get the answers. If you can articulate thoughts in writing quickly and do math under pressure you'll be fine. Scores are numerical in nature so it is just a brain raw power test. Then it's group discussion. It identifies people who don't talk and people who don't listen. The rest, if test scores allow, go on to afternoon. In the afternoon, first part is presentation. You have 30mins to read the business case and prepare a proposal for it. They will ask follow up questions. Then panel interview. Just general questions depending on your background. There is no preparing for this.
