4 rounds of interviews with HR and line managers. There were also some tests, but it took around 2 days only. The overall process is efficient, but a bit tiring.

Question 1
Normal interview questions which weren't that difficult
It took 1.5 hour for the interview session but it only happened few months after the initial CV submission. Unfortunately I did not manage to get an offer as they are looking for someone with more strategic mindset which might be the requirement of a senior manager.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jardine Matheson (Hong Kong) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview was lined up by a headhunter. It was primarily focused on past experiences motivation, personal fit, and cultural fit questions. The employer was interested in my background in the first place and my headhunter recommended me for the process. Nothing too technical, no brain teasers, mostly on macro views, etc.
