Simulation to play some case studies. Then panel interview. Assessment centre. Pretty standard actually, like all the other MT programmes in Hong Kong. The simulation part is difficult as there was no correct answers per se but your answers revealed your qualities.
Emphasis on motivation and strength questions eg how to cope with pressure or motivation etc. assessment centre tiring - focus on client liaison and personality through individual and group role plays and simulations. Enjoyable experience overall.
