Not very structured, the questions were a bit random and the communication process wasn't very smooth. The HR got back to me later than the original date that they suggested
The first-round interview began with some behavioral questions and quickly moved into technicals. The behavioral questions were very simple and didn't need much preparation. The technical questions involved theoretical coding questions and were mostly to get a feel for your experience.

Interview
Pretty straightforward. Basic questions regarding my previous experience and my future career goals. My experience was not within IT, but the hiring manager did not seem to have an issue with that. Was looking more for someone who was eager to learn and can fit in with the culture of the firm.
