I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Jefferies in Sep 2013
Interview
Got an interview through my campus recruiting system. It was for the Energy I-Banking division. There were two people from Jeffries conducting the interview. It wasn't bad at all, they mostly asked about previous job experiences and only a few technical questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England)
Interview
The Jefferies interview process was unexpectedly slow and drawn-out. While the content remained standard for investment banking—focusing on typical technical and behavioural questions—the overall length was disappointing. I found the timeline unnecessarily long compared to other firms, which impacted my overall candidate experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies
Interview
Interviewed with SVP, 2 VPs, Associate, and analyst over 1 week and received offer within 3 weeks. Technical questions were industry specific and behavioral ones focused on capacity to work long hours and desire to work at Jefferies in the specific group.
