Application Questions, online tests, AC, final round interview. Not overly technical. Met with multiple associates/VPs in first round, final round consisted of interviews with senior staff. First round had a presentation and a written exercise, where you write an article before the assessment day and present it on the day itself.

Interview
The interview was one-on-one and around 30 minutes. The overall experience is good but the interviewer pushed to details about one of my research program. Tell me about yourself, Why Jefferies.
A lengthy and involved process which evaluated many aspects of aptitude. All interviews were online and the final assessment centre was comprised of 3 back to back interviews. After that there was a final interview with the head of ER, which was more of a culture check.
