After applying via resume and cover letter a phone screen was set up to speak with a recruiter. The recruiter was one of the worst I've spoken with, as he had no personality and the call had little direction or purpose to it. Basic questions were asked about experience and responsibilities, and the recruiter sounded like a robot.

Didnt have one. Recruiter contacted me to set up a first interview. Which she did not make since she was on another call for to long. Make sense and we rescheduled for later in the week. The day before the interview, I get an email stating the position is filled? Unprofessional to say the least.
