Interview
I submitted the resume and a week or so later HR called to scheduled a phone interview. She was very good and and asked some great questions. The filtering process is solid and from there she scheduled me a phone interview with the VP of Sales.
The role had been open for months along with several other sales positions that they just seem to be acting on either out of fear, not really knowing what they want yet or the role itself is changing. I spoke to people there who verified the same thing and I'm just not sure the roles are available if they're not hiring for them. This includes:
Enterprise Sales
Mangement Roles
Partnership
Account Managers
So I spoke with the VP who was very nice but asking questions that were very steam of conscious so it was difficult to navigate what she wanted to know. I know she was internally promoted so this may be why there's so much caution but be prepared to do your research but also be prepared for no real action or decision.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jellyvision Lab (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was contacted about a totally different position than I was screened for. This was after my 2nd phone screen with mgmt was rescheduled a few times. Bad organization/process for a company that brags about their "unique" interviewing process.

It was unexpected that I was asked Enterprise Sales questions when I discussed Mid-Market Sales Management with the recruiter.
