3 step interview process in total. I received a phone call from the recruiter Natalia within five minutes of submitting my resume. I really appreciated her energy on the phone, being so proactive reaching out me, and her overall transparency through the process answering my questions. Next step was a phone interview with the director of sales who was awesome, patient with all my questions, and really informative. 3rd and final step was an interview/role play in person with 4 senior members of the team, which was challenging but very enjoyable/educational. The team there is warm & welcoming so I can’t say anything negative about the interview process. Even if I don’t get an offer, I can say their interview process is 5 stars. I have not received an offer yet, but fingers are crossed.
