Interview
I submitted my cover letter and resume and received follow up the next day from a recruiter wishing to set up a phone interview with another recruiter and the hiring manager. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. The interview was very basic and they touched on my past experience and why I was interested in the company. While the hiring manager was very conversational, the recruiter seemed to just be handling logistical questions. The interview seemed fairly easy, but 3 days later I was told they would not be moving forward with me. I was told the next steps would be a take home assignment.
