Interview
There was a series of interviews, starting with my potential immediate supervisor, then a group interview with several employees, then one with the department manager. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and the whole process moved along remarkably quickly. The department manager was particularly memorable in this process, as she asked thought-provoking followup questions that would not allow for rote "interview-y" answers.
