I met with the team to align on fit, culture, and to better understand the role. I then moved on to an analysis case discussion and after that a more formal "take-home" case, then as a final stage met with the founders! I found all discussions enjoyable and it was clearly intended to help me understand Jerry / the role as it was for them to learn about me.
