Very thorough interview process. Got to know me and my work ethic. Explained the culture of Jersey Mike's and what it means to be a sub above. Had me do a sprinkle test to see how coachable i am when put on the spot.

It was a fairly one on one interview with the owner operator for 30 minutes. We ate a sandwhich during the interview. Afterwards he gave a detail walk through of the store.
