Did phone interview about 2 weeks after that.
03/01/16- Contacted to do a face to face
03/07/16- Face to face (group interview)
03/09/16- Offered to do background check, drug, and finger print.
Currently waiting on my background check to clear and to get offer letter.

My advice is to prepare many customer service questions because they may not even ask you exactly what I wrote above. Make sure you learn about the company and that's something that worked in my favor. Be genuine, dress the part, smile, and make friends with the other people who are getting interviewed.

Getting to the interview is the hard part, just waiting until they call your for the interview is the longest wait. After that every thing was don't in a matter of weeks.

Interview
The process takes 4 months. First was a phone interview with an automated voice, then after that it was an in person group interview. Once hired, training is a reality show with having to pass tests with an 80 or 90 or higher, otherwise you are sent home jobless. The background check is in high detail and can take a while.
