I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JetBlue in Apr 2011
Interview
Received phone call from recruiter asking if I was still interested in the position, then was told someone from HR will contact me soon. Over the week was contacted by someone in HR who asked me situation/ behavioral questions, also told me what the position was and where it was located. The phone interview consisted of the managers whom I would be working with in the office and they only asked me about the company and how soon would I be able to begin work.
Interview process was very professional. From the recruiter to my leader I enjoyed their genuine curiosity about me and what I could offer. I ended up not getting the specific role I first had in mind, but my recruiter thought I’d be a good candidate for a different role. So I applied and ended up getting it.

Question 1
They were strong on asking about my skill sets and how they could applied through the role.
Phine screen. Interview with hr and with a hiring manager. Pretty standard interview and interview questions. Important to show set of skills and passion. Try your hardest during the internship as it may lead to a permanent position if desired.
I didn’t receive any communication (such as an email), only a random phone call from a rude HR lady which threw me off guard and I was taken back by how rude she was. I answered my questions well I feel for being taken off guard and she responded rudely every time, asking for more info.
