The interview Process is more about a personality assessment than anything. Be well composed at all times is the best advice I can give since you will have to do the same while you are working. Its hard to monitor all 1,000 flights jetBlue operates in one day so they really want someone they can trust to handle their biggest concern, passengers and customer service.
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.
