Applied online, Received my first email almost a month later. Did an online assessment test. a week later I did an over the phone pre-recorded interview, then about 2 weeks later was contacted for a in person group interview. 2 weeks later I was asked to do a drug test and another 2 weeks later started the on boarding process as a new hire.

Intensive interview, background check and past work experience. Two phone interviews and one interactive assessment. The whole process took about one inch and a half. Training is about 9 weeks long and you must pass two assessments in order to graduate.
