Interview
Video interview were about five questions asking why you want to work for the company and different situational questions. When you get the face to face interview youll need to arrive on time. Look at peoples name tags and introduce yourself using their names. Youll be asked to take a jump seat test. Height test. A few group exercises and two interviews referred to as debriefings. The second debriefing comes is a little more intense.
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
